About ECA

Evangel Christian Academy, a ministry of Evangel Church in Montgomery, Alabama was established in 1995. ECA is a K-12 educational community committed to pursuing excellence for the glory of God. ECA has as its mission to minister to Christian children, preparing them academically and spiritually. Our faculty is highly qualified and dedicated to helping your child fulfill God’s plan for their life. We work as a team with the parents to make ECA the best it can be, and work hard to promote family, school, and church.

Spiritual emphasis is the foundation of education at ECA, reinforced through daily Bible classes, weekly chapels and the commitment of teachers and staff to demonstrate by word and example what it means to experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Since being established, ECA had and continues to offer a challenging Christian education for students in Kindergarten 4 through twelfth grade. ECA is fully accredited. For a full list of accreditations please take a look at the Accreditations and Awards page.

Our faculty is fully certified with degreed individuals who are caring believers and qualified to meet the student’s needs. Our staff includes an Administrator, Principal, Office Manager, Registrar, Guidance Counselor, Athletic Director, Librarian, Lunchroom Coordinator, Bookkeeper, and Receptionist.

Evangel Christian Academy exists to be an extension of the Christian family in training and developing their Christian student(s) for committed service to our Lord Jesus Christ. Through quality instruction, the impartation of Biblical values and providing activities designed to foster spiritual, academic, and social growth; ECA works to help each student reach their potential in Christ.
