May 16: Sports Banquet 6:00 in ECA Gym Cost: $10.00 Menu: BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Sweet Tea (this will be catered by Country's Barbecue) Tickets are on sale now! We are only selling 300 tickets and last date to buy your tickets is May 12. We will not be selling them at the door, but you must have a ticket to be admitted!!!!! Attire: Boys must wear Khaki Pants, Dress Shirt & Tie. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Girls must wear Sunday Attire (no strapless dresses allowed)
Important Upcoming Sports Dates & Information Please Mark Your Calendars & Plan To Attend These Meetings That Pertain To You and Your Student Athlete.
April 19: Sports Information Day 10:00 (if your son/daughter are planning on playing any sports next year, you must attend this meeting! There will be important information handed out informing you of summer workouts and some very exciting announcements to be made regarding our football program. We will also begin Booster Club sign-ups.
May 2: Required Cheerleading Meeting 6:00 All those trying out for cheerleading and at least one parent must attend this meeting
May 5-9: Cheerleading Try-Outs 3:00-5:00 The gym will be closed to the public during the week of workouts. On Friday, the day of try-outs there will be a $5 admission for ALL to attend.
May 10: FREE Sports Physicals @ Trinity 9:15 (We ask all those cheering or playing any sport attend this!!)
May 12-15: Volleyball Clinic & Tryouts 3:00-5:00 You must attend this week if you are planning on playing JV or Varsity next school year.
May 12-16: Football Spring Training 5:00-7:00 If you are playing next year, please make sure to attend this week. NO EXCUSES. You will be learning the offense and defense during this week.

April May 2nd REQUIRED Parent Meeting For All Girls Trying Out For Cheerleading 6:00 2nd-3rd State Softball Tournament 5th-9th Cheerleading Try-Outs 6th-9th State Baseball Tournament 10th FREE PHYSICALS DAY @ Trinity 12th-15th Volleyball Try-Outs 16th ECA SPORTS BANQUET 6:00 ECA Gym Evangel Christian Academy offers a wide range of sports, beginning at the elementary level with structured PE Classes taught by certified teachers for grades K4-9 all the way to the varsity level sports in high school. ECA encourages athletic participation as an opportunity for students to build self-esteem, healthy bodies and an appreciation for teamwork.
