(That is the reason for the 3:30 p.m. start time)
Money needs to be counted and documented.
Nacho cheese sauce and chili sauce need heating.
Drink cooler may need stocking.
Set out candy assortment and other needed condiments.
Ensure price list is up-to-date.
The last set of the varsity game is a good time to begin cleaning-up and putting
away things.
Cheese & chili sauce stored, if possible, and the crock-pots washed out.
Money will need to be counted again and documented.
Money drawer will need watching at all times until properly turned over to the
correct person.
Any amount removed for payment of ref’s or clean-up staff needs to be
documented.
Ensure drink cooler is locked.
